Very Bad Bad Day

Today we put our beloved Mr.Wonderful to sleep forever. At feeding time this morning, my brother noticed that Mr.Wonderfuls Leg was snapped in half. We called the vet and the prognosis was not good. The bone was hanging out the side and the leg was just hanging there being help on by the skin.

For those of you who dont know Mr.Wonderful, let me tell you a little bit about him. He was Liams horse, and my moms horse.But mostly Liams. He was a gentle,kind, sweet spirit. Who let any child big or tiny up on his back. He took such care in making sure he never scared a child. Or took a wrong step. He loved kids and was the safest horse in the world. That horse could do anything. He was in his golden years. We dont know where he came from or what his life was like before he found us. But if he was a book, Id love to read him. He was one in a million.No one could pay us enough money for that horse. He wanst beautiful, he wasnt a show horse. He wasnt bred to be a racer or a wagon puller. But he was beautiful to us. So grand and so noble.HE touch so many lifes with the love of a horse.Not many people can say they've ever been touched by the heart of a horse, but he did it everyday. He made so many kids happy, so many adults smile. Liam is heart broken and I had to tell him.

My heart hurts.He was suposed to live forever. He is being cremated out of respect. Restin Peace buddy. We love and miss you so much.

I know,I Know a little out dated, but I just had to share thease photos of my beautiful childeren(Im not Bias) taken on our San Diego Vacation in 2006. I loved that tree so much, By the end of the photo session my kids were getting irritated. But How could resist? It was all so perfect. I couldnt get Lucky to look decent. He was one of those limp babies, that always looks grumpy. Just take a good look at the first picture and look at his lovely hand jester he is making to me....hahahahaah I was going to use that pic as my christmas card, then noticed his hand...what a poophead.

I Cant believe how much Lucky has changed. Look how dark his hair was!

9 years!!!!

I Cant believe me and Shane have been married for 9 years. Today is our anaversary and as usual we wont be doing much of anything. Our busy lifes keep us apart. Maybe thats why we are still married. We hardly see eachother.
I also just wanted to add, that getting old and having kids, makes you fat.

Liam Goes to Summer Horse Camp

Liam Just finished his week long summer horse camp. OUt of all my kids I only have one horse lover....He did so wsome. Usualy he rides western and does fast timed events called gymkaknas, so at summer camp he wanted to do something a little different. He rode English and did jumping! I was very scared for him. I know how dangerous horses can be and I wasnt there to monitor which horses he rode or what he was doing. But he did survive and he did so wsome. At the end of the week they had a little horse show where all the kids got ribbions and stuff. He was so cute. Thats all....
